You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Overall: Highly recommend.
Product: Quite, strong motor, very customizable for programming, integrates with Alexa (via the ZigBee Hub).
Customer Service: EXCELLENT
My experience:
I have 11 roller shades. I researched to find a quality shade and ordered 3 to test these out in a grouping before getting all 11.
Setup: Setup for the first motor takes a little while (an hour) to understand the first time. Once I understood how to setup, the remaining two took about 5 minutes each.
Recommendation:
1) Order a ZigBee hub for each floor. I have three blind upstairs and 8 downstairs. The range on the ZigBee hub might not cover the full house through walls. Hub is US~$25, so I ordered two.
2) You will not need a separate remote for every motor. Order the multi-channel remote for each floor. I ordered the 160channel for downstairs adn the 8 channel for upstairs. The multi channel remote is each to control each motor separatly, but groupoing will require the ZigBee hub. Alexa is each to communicate with the hub and setup very customized schedules. Eg. Use the hub to create a scene (i.e. group 3 shares in living room to open X% or close X Y%, group living room 3 shared to open X%, close Y%). Then use Alex to call that scene (i.e. Call one of those scenes or all the scenes). VERY customizable.
3) CHECK YOUR Tube dimension! Rollerhouses has all customer support through WhatsUp. Their headquarters in in China (I believe). Their support is extremely responsive and helpful. As as many questions as you want and they are very responsive to help you get the right shades. Take a picture of the tube end with a ruler and their support will help ensure you get the right caps. IMPORTANT: Many tubes have unique tabs positions in the inside of the tube, so the standard caps for the motors might not fit correctly. By takign a picture with the ruler, their support team will 3D print a custom cap for your motor ($5 each) and ship it with the shade. Be sure to add a little extra spacing for the print, otherwise you might need to sand down the cap edges slightly. I provided specs and the support team sent me three caps that perfectly met the specs, but I gave specs that were so exact, that I had to shave down the edges a bit. For the second grouping, I asked Rollerhouses to increase the spacing a bit. When placing the order, you specify your phone number if the notes and ROllershades will reference the WhatAp communication to print the correct cap specs.
4) Once you have the multi-channel remotes, you don't need to order the full kit for the remainign shades. You can order the "Motor Only" version (cheaper) which does not come with the remote (you wont need a remote for every motor). If you want to charge all of the motors simultaneously, you'll need a USBa-USBc corder for each motor. You can ask them to include a charging cord for each motor ($4 each), or buy a bundle online from Amazon or other supplier, or charge each motor in series (not ideal and it may take a few hours for each motor).
5) Instuctions: OK, not great. A little confusing getting the first setup with ZigBee, but once you have it figured out, takes about 5 minutes each.
6) ZigBee app allows for the motor to work forward or reverse. If you install the motor on the left side of the tube, it will work "forward", If you install on the right side of the tube, you need to set it as "reverse" so that UP and DOWN are intuitive. Both work seamlessly. NOTE: Once you set the top setpoint and bottom setpoint, when closed the AP considers it "100%" and open = 0%. Hence, when giving it direction on percentage to open or close, you are directing it to how "closed" you want it. e.g. "Alexa, Close shades 0%" would open that shades 100%.
Overall, they work fantastic! Quiet. super fast to setup each motor (once you work through setting up the first one), and customer support if fantastic.

The product is easy to install. Just works with the remote. The documentation supplied is great - clear and step by step instruction with illustration.
The product description however should be improved. The documentation said the motor torque is 0.8Nm. This is important but never mentioned in the listing, so potential customer may end up bought this motor but found it didn't perform as expected.
The documentation did mentioned there are other model with larger torque. This is what I would like so could the vendor provide more information ?
Bought this for Smart Life App with a zigbee hub. They work well, I automated the luminosity of my living room with a light sensor so I don't need to keep changing roll up/down times every other month. It helps me to control indoor temperature.

Febrero 2023 compre 2 para empezar a experimentar con la automatizacin de mis cortinas. La instalacin al principio es algo difcil pero cuando ya entiendes como es el mecanizo instalando la segunda fue muy fcil. Ya llevo con ellas 2 semanas y son un excelente producto. Estoy esperando que tengan promocin para empezar a automatizar el resto de mis cortinas. La calidad se nota que es buena. Vamos a ver cuando dura la batera.
