Shipping methods and delivery times

To ensure that our delivery charges are competitive with those charged by other websites, RollerHouses has set different logistics charges for different countries.

As an example for parcels destined for the US:

Shipping costs for different countries are adjusted according to logistics costs, which can be checked at checkout. Some remote countries may have somewhat extended logistics timescales. *Local holidays in origin countries that may cause a delay in shipping are not considered business days.

Tax about the international shipping

According to warehouse inventory priority, ships from China by default, unless a shipping location list appears above. If local warehouses are out of stock, orders will be shipped from the China distribution center, so delivery would take longer than usual to arrive.

RollerHouses is not responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when the parcel you have ordered from us arrive in your country.

For example, Grace residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. RollerHouses is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of. If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the fee you have paid for your order. We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us. RollerHouses cannot give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.

We declare a proper value for customs on all shipments which are shipped out from China or overseas distribution centers. You may email to sale@rollerhouses.com (Reply within 24 hours) for more information about the declared value, or to request a specified value within hours from the purchase time.

Not Received due to error shipping address

If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, RollerHouses is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package. Please check the information of the address before you place an order.

Missing or lost packages

Look for a notice of attempted delivery. Some carriers will leave notice if delivery was not successful. See if someone else accepted the delivery. Contact the carrier (What company was delivering your package?) Contact neighbors (Misdelivery is very common). Most important: contact RollerHouses ( We will try our best to help you).

Claim

The return policy is only suitable for our official site product. We will not take any responsibility for other websites that sell Rollerhouses products. Please do check everything carefully after you receive the parcel, and any man-made damage except DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) would not be covered. If your item has been damaged in transit or becomes faulty in the warranty period, please email us with pictures or video to show the problem. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return

Rollerhouses accepts returns within 60 days of the delivery date. Restriction may apply to certain cases as described below and Returns Policy.

Please note: We inspect all returned items, item(s) must be new, unused, in original condition and box, including all parts, accessories, and packaging. You must contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items.
